These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on shop.cardioflashdance.com, operated by Kapital International SASU (SIRET: 90005767000011, TVA: FR27900057670).

Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Order confirmation will be sent by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment Payment is due in full at time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured and processed by Shopify Payments.

Production & Shipping All items are made to order. Production typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery takes an additional 5-10 business days depending on destination. Total estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

EU Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact hello@cardioflashdance.com to initiate a return.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cardioflashdance.com with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Governing Law These terms are governed by French law in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations.
