One song a day. That's all it takes to unleash your inner Jane Fonda CF® style. Week 1 you dance to one track. Week 2 you dance to two. Week 3 is three. Week 4 is four. By Day 30 you'll be moving for 15 minutes without it ever feeling like exercise — because it never was. It was always just dancing your heart out.

How It Works

Week 1: Dance to 1 track per day — about 3–4 minutes. Just show up.

Week 2: Dance to 2 tracks per day — about 7–8 minutes. Find your groove.

Week 3: Dance to 3 tracks per day — about 10–12 minutes. Turn it up.

Week 4: Dance to 4 tracks per day — about 14–16 minutes. Own it.

No choreography to learn. Just move to the music. Whatever feels right.

Miss a day? Pick up where you left off. The challenge doesn't expire.

Cardio Flashdance® is an 80s-inspired dance cardio class based in Paris, France — as seen in Vogue France. Our classes are designed for all ages, all abilities, and all confidence levels. The only thing you need is a willingness to make your arms move and your hips shake even when you're not entirely sure that's the correct choreo (it is now!)
