Returns Policy:

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@cardioflashdance.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-EU Customers

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cardioflashdance.com with a photo and we will do what we can to make it right.
