04 — Adidas Leggings

Adidas has been making activewear since before most of us were born, and they have not stopped being good at it. The current range includes some genuinely excellent options in neutral and warm tones — properly compressive, properly durable, and at a price point that lets you try them without a dramatic commitment. 05 — Bala Bangles, 1lb

We put these in both guides because they genuinely belong in both guides. 08 — Sweaty Betty Power Leggings

The Power Leggings have survived everything we have thrown at them — hundreds of classes, more washes than we can count, the Warm Bittersweet colourway that should by now have faded into something unrecognisable but has absolutely not. Compression that holds without gripping, high waist that stays where it is put, fabric that dries faster than anything else in the laundry. The London brand that Parisians wear to their workouts. Don't Sleep on the Socks
